Dosti Mens Parlour

Dosti Mens Parlour is my small shop in Parvati, Pune. We are located near Sahyadri Seva Partishthan. It’s a local spot where men come to get a haircut or a shave. I’ve been cutting hair here for quite some time now, and I've seen the neighborhood change a lot. The shop is simple with just a couple of chairs and some mirrors on the walls. It’s nothing like those fancy salons in the big malls. We keep things basic and honest. Most of my customers live right here in the neighborhood or work nearby. They come in, we talk about the news or the local weather, and I get to work. It’s a friendly place, but we don’t make a big deal out of anything. Sometimes there is a wait if I’m the only one working, but people don’t seem to mind sitting on the bench for a bit and chatting. The address is 411009 if you’re looking at the map to find us. I like this area because it’s quiet enough but still has plenty of people walking around throughout the day. I keep the floors swept as much as I can, but hair always gets everywhere. That’s just the nature of the job I suppose. I usually open up in the morning and stay until the last person leaves in the evening. It’s a long day but I enjoy the routine. It’s just a normal way to earn a living. No need for anything fancy. We just do the job and keep things moving.
