Doliosis Agro Activities Private Limited

Up on the sixth floor of building C4 in the Raksha Lekhal society, that is where we run Doliosis Agro Activities Private Limited. We are located in Dawadewadi, which is a busy part of Pune. It might seem strange to have an agro company in a residential building, but it works for us. We handle the paperwork and the planning from here. Most of our actual work happens out in the fields away from the city, but this is our main base. It is a small team, just a few of us sitting around desks with phones and ledgers. We spend a lot of time calling suppliers and checking on the transport trucks. Pune is a fast city, but we try to keep things grounded. We are not some big corporate giant. We are just people who know a lot about farming and wanted to start our own thing. The office is often cluttered with maps and seed samples. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. We just make our own tea and get to work. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the produce gets from the farm to the shops. Sometimes things go wrong, a truck breaks down or the rain ruins a batch, and we have to scramble to fix it. That is just the way this business goes. We stay busy and try to keep things moving as best as we can from our little spot in Dawadewadi.
