Doctor Chiplunkar Clinic

Doctor Chiplunkar Clinic is based in the Shaishayi Bunglow, which is number 48/34 in the Ex Ser Icemen Colony off Paud Road. It’s a bit of a different setting since it’s in a bungalow rather than a tall glass building. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which I think people like. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The colony is usually pretty calm, though Paud Road itself is always buzzing with traffic. You walk in and it’s a pretty basic setup. We have a waiting area and the consultation rooms. There’s no fancy tech-heavy decor. Just some chairs, a desk, and medical supplies. We don't go in for big advertisements or glossy posters. Most of our visitors are people from the colony or the nearby apartment blocks. They know us by word of mouth. It’s a very local way of doing things. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. Sometimes the gate squeaks or the garden needs a bit of weeding, but that’s just life. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. We just want to make sure we are there when someone needs to see a doctor. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of clinic. That’s how we like to keep it. People seem to appreciate that we’re just normal folks doing a job.
