Dnyaneshwari Dairy Farms Private Limited is our business out in Khadaki, which is in the Daund taluka of Pune. We are located at A/P Khadaki, 413801. If you come out this way, you’ll see it’s a typical village setting. We have been working with dairy for a long time now. It’s the kind of work that never really stops. The cows need to be fed and milked every single day, no matter what. We don’t have a big office in Pune city. We stay right here on the farm because that is where the work is. Our days start very early, usually when it’s still dark outside. We handle everything from looking after the cattle to managing the milk collection. It’s a lot of physical labor and you can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. We aren’t a polished corporate company with people in suits. We are just local folks in Daund who know about dairy farming. Sometimes the weather is too dry or the prices aren't great, but we just keep going. The office part of the business is just a small room where we keep the accounts. Most of our time is spent near the sheds or talking to the other farmers in Khadaki. We don’t use big words or make fancy promises. We just provide milk and run our farm the way we’ve always done. It’s honest, hard work and we are proud to be part of this village.
