Our office is on Kondhwa Road in Pune, specifically at Samata Nagar. It’s located at Srno 601. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The "International" part of the name makes us sound bigger than we feel most days. Really, we are just a group of people handling trade and logistics. We spend hours on the computer checking tracking numbers and making sure the paperwork for various shipments is correct. If one stamp is missing, everything gets stuck, which is a real headache. The office isn't anything special to look at—just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. Outside, the road is always packed with trucks and bikes, so it can get pretty noisy during the day. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on moving goods and making sure the people we deal with get what they need on time. Sometimes things go wrong with the shipping ports or the customs agents, and then our phones don't stop ringing. We just take it one task at a time. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We try to stay on top of the regulations, but they seem to change every other week. It’s honest work that keeps us on our toes throughout the whole year, making sure every box ends up in the right country eventually.
