Ditto Creation

Ditto Creation is based in Sadashiv Peth. We are on the second floor, Flat No 7, in Building No 1154. This is part of the Ranade Housing Society. It is a very traditional area of Pune. A big landmark for us is the Perugate Police Chowky, which is just a short walk away. The building is one of those older residential ones that has been converted into office spaces. There is no elevator, so we get a bit of exercise walking up to the second floor every morning. The rooms are small but they fit our needs for creative work. Sadashiv Peth is full of narrow streets and old houses. It has a very specific feel to it, very different from the newer parts of the city. We have a lot of books and samples scattered around the office. It can look a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, except for the occasional scooter passing by. We like being near the police chowky because it makes the area feel safe. Most of us have been working together for a while. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make things. We have a small kitchen corner where we make tea. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. Being in Ranade Housing Society feels like being part of the local community here. We enjoy the work and the quiet atmosphere.
