Dialajob.In is located at X 604 in the Wonder Futura building in Warje, Pune. We have been operating from this apartment complex for some time now. It’s a bit of a different vibe than being in a big industrial park, but it works for us. We focus on connecting people with jobs, hence the name. Living and working in Warje gives us a good look at how the city is expanding. We spend a lot of time on the computer, looking through listings and talking to candidates who are trying to find their next step. The office isn't anything fancy, just our computers, some desks, and a lot of lists. We started this because we knew how frustrating the job hunt can be for everyone involved. Being in Wonder Futura means we are part of a community here. We try to keep things very plain and simple. No big speeches or complicated processes. If someone needs a job, we see what we have. If a company needs a worker, we look through our files. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication every day. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the paperwork. We like being in this part of Pune. It feels real. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people get their work lives sorted out from our spot in Warje. It isn't much more complicated than that.
