Dhuleshwar Agro Private Limited is a small operation run out of Kacharwadi in the Vyahali area of Pune. You can find us at Dattatrya Dinkar Kare’s place. It is not some big industrial site, just a regular spot where we handle our agro business. Pune is known for many things, but out here in the rural parts like Vyahali, it is all about the crops and the hard work that goes into the ground. We are not some big city firm with suits and ties. We are mostly local folks who understand the struggles of small-scale farming. We set up Dhuleshwar Agro to give us a better way to manage our harvests and maybe get a better price than we would on our own. It is a bit of a challenge learning the ropes of running a private limited company, but we are doing our best. Most of our day is spent out in the sun, not sitting behind a desk. We talk to the other farmers in Kacharwadi and try to help each other out whenever the market gets tough. It is a very grounded way of doing business, rooted in the community here. We don’t have fancy brochures or a PR team. We just have our names and our reputation in the village. If you are ever passing through this part of Pune, you will see exactly what we are about just by looking at the fields and the crops.
