Dhf Global Impex operates out of the Vyankatesh Nisarga Society in Vadgaon Bk. We are in flat 704. It is a residential area, so it is a bit different from having a shop on a main road. We are located right behind the SBI Bank, which makes it easy for people to find the building. Being in a society means it is relatively quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers and the shipping documents. We started this impex business to handle international trade, and it has been a learning process every single day. The office is basically a few rooms set up with what we need to get the job done. There is a lot of coordination with transport companies and keeping track of exchange rates. It is not glamorous, but it is our living. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. Most of the time we are either on the phone or checking the status of a delivery. Sometimes the internet is slow or a courier does not show up on time, but we manage.
