Sunshine Plast

Sunshine Plast is based in Dhayari, over at S. No. 129/5/1. Our workspace is Shed No. 10 in the Shivsai Industries area. It’s right on Dsk Vishwa Road, just opposite Siddhi Garden. Being in an industrial area, it’s always a bit noisy with machines and trucks moving around. Barangani Mala is the local name people use for this spot. Inside the shed, we have our equipment for plastic work. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially under the tin roof. We move a lot of raw materials and finished goods back and forth. There’s always the smell of processed plastic in the air. We don't have a big office, just a small corner with a table and some chairs where we handle the bills. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor. We have to be careful with the machines and make sure everything is running okay. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty. We get our supplies delivered by trucks that navigate the narrow roads around here. We know the other guys in the industrial estate, and we often help each other out. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have any fancy decorations. It’s just a place where we work hard and get the orders out. That’s our daily life in Dhayari. It is a lot of heavy lifting but we keep moving.
