Dharmaveer Sadashivrao Manepatil Agro - Industries Private Limited is tucked away in Konark Garden over in Bibvewadi. It is a bit of a different spot for an agro business, being in a residential kind of area like this. We are in Flat G-7 on the ground floor. It makes it easy for people to stop by and have a chat without going all the way out to a dusty field. We handle various agro-industry tasks from here. It is mostly the administrative side and planning things out. The name is a long one, but we are just regular people working out of a small space in Pune. We don't put on any acts here. You walk in and it looks like a normal office where work is happening. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the surrounding farm areas. Being in Bibvewadi gives us a good base to reach different parts of the district. It’s not a fancy corporate building with glass walls. We like it this way because it feels more like home. We deal with farmers and suppliers who appreciate a straight answer. Sometimes the business is slow and sometimes it is frantic, especially when the season changes. We just take it day by day. It’s about keeping the legacy of the name going while doing something useful for the agriculture sector. We even have some plants on the balcony of the flat just to keep some greenery around.
