Our clinic is located in Kothrud, right near the Karve Putala landmark. We’re situated above the Vidya Sahakari Bank, so you have to head upstairs to find us. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of town. The clinic is a basic setup where we see patients for their general health needs. We don’t go in for fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. It’s more about having a clean place where the doctor can sit down and talk to you. The noise from the street outside sometimes drifts in, but it’s just the sound of Kothrud on a normal day. We have a lot of elderly patients from the nearby apartments who have been coming to us for years. They like that we’re easy to get to, even if they have to use the stairs or the lift. The staff here is small. We handle the appointments, keep the files in order, and make sure the place is ready every morning. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it seriously without making it feel like a big corporate office. We just want to make sure people get seen and their questions get answered. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when there’s a flu going around the city, but we just keep moving through the appointments one by one. It's just how we run things in this neighborhood.
