It’s a local place in Damdari where people actually know each other's names. We started this company to give the local farmers in Nanded a better way to do business. We focus on the things that matter, like seeds, fertilizer, and getting the crop to the market without losing too much money along the way. Shri Vitahl is usually around the office helping out with whatever comes up. We have some basic furniture and a lot of files. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The farmers come by to chat or to sign some papers. There is no dress code here, just work clothes. We talk about the rain a lot because that’s what dictates our lives. Being a producer company means we all have a stake in how things go. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just want to see the farms in Damdari do well so our families can stay here.
