Devi Construction Company Pvt Ltd is based out of Wadgaon in Pune. The specific address is a bit of a long one—Raju Netram Gharpure, Floor 6, S.No. 38, Flat No. A 1, National Park. It’s essentially an office run out of a flat, which is quite common for us. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is nice when we need a break from looking at blueprints. Wadgaon is a growing part of Pune, so there is always some construction happening nearby, ironically enough. The office itself is a bit of a mix of a home and a workspace. We have rolls of drawings in the corner and samples of materials scattered around. It’s not a showroom. It’s where the actual planning and coordination happen. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to Flat A 1 and knock. We’re usually busy on the phone or looking at site reports. The building, National Park, is easy to find once you get into the right part of Wadgaon. We don't use any flowery language about our goals. We just build things and manage projects from this desk. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we’ve learned to be patient. It’s just how things are here.
