Development Credit Bank

Our office for Development Credit Bank is out in Pune, specifically in Vadgaon Bk. We are located in Rajyog Township, which is near the Dhyari Phata area. The address is Flat Number 31 in Building C 1. It’s a residential township in Maharashtra India, so it feels a lot more relaxed than being in the middle of the Pune city center. We get a bit of a breeze here sometimes, which is nice in the afternoons. The office itself is essentially a converted flat, giving it a bit of a homey feel rather than a cold corporate office. We have our desks and equipment set up in the main rooms. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to find us the first time, but once you know where Building C 1 is, it’s simple enough. We see a lot of the residents from the township coming in for their banking needs. It’s a small community vibe. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first name. The parking can be a little tight during the weekends, but on weekdays it’s fine for visitors. We keep a simple routine here. There’s a kitchen where we make coffee and take our lunch breaks. It’s a practical way to run a bank branch without all the extra overhead of a big commercial building. We just focus on getting the transactions done and helping out the neighbors with their accounts. It’s a quiet way to spend the work week and get things done right for everyone.
