Devdhar Classes

Our classes are held near Swargate at Dhobi Talao, which is one of those places in Pune that never really sleeps. If you've ever been to Swargate, you know how busy the bus stand and the surrounding streets get. We’re right in the middle of all that hustle. The building we’re in isn't the newest, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it gets the job done. We have several rooms set up with benches and whiteboards where we teach our students. It can get pretty loud outside with the horns and the people, so we often have to keep the windows shut even when it’s warm. Students come here after their regular school or college hours, so the place is mostly quiet in the mornings and then gets very crowded in the late afternoon. We started these classes because we saw a lot of kids struggling with their subjects and needing a bit of extra help that they weren't getting elsewhere. There’s no big marketing team behind us, just a few instructors who know their stuff and want to see the kids pass their exams. We spend a lot of time printing out notes and checking old test papers. It’s a simple operation, really. We don't have air conditioning or fancy lounge areas, just a place to sit down and study. Most of our new students come to us because their older siblings or friends told them we were okay and helped them out.
