Our office is right by the Swami Samarth Temple in Lambota. It's House No 43, so it's not hard to spot if you are in the neighborhood. We are a group from Nilanga taluka in Latur. Most of us grew up here and have been farming since we were kids. This company is our way of staying organized. We don't have a big staff, so if you call, you're usually talking to one of the farmers who just stepped inside. The work is mostly about coordinating what everyone is growing and making sure we can get it to the right places. Latur can be tough with the water sometimes, so we spend a lot of time talking about that. We aren't some big city firm; we’re just locals. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and we have to spend a Saturday catching up. It’s just part of the job. We try to help each other out when someone’s crop isn't doing well. That’s why we started this in the first place. It’s not always smooth sailing, and there are days when things don’t go as planned. But we show up, do the work, and hope for a decent season. If you're passing by the temple, you'll probably see some of us standing around out front talking about the latest prices or the weather forecast. It's a simple operation, honestly.
