We spend most of our time at the President Industrial Park over in Kasba Peth. It’s a busy place with lots of noise from other units, but we’ve got our spot at Shed No F5 and F4B. Mostly, the day starts early when the gates open and we get things moving. There is usually a bit of a breeze if the shutters are up, though it gets quite hot by noon. We’ve been in this shed for a while now. The walls have some marks and the floor is worn from moving things around. It isn't a fancy office with glass doors or anything like that. Just a workspace where we get things done. You’ll mostly find us looking over the daily lists or checking on the machines. There is a small tea stall just outside the main gate where we go when we need a break. The traffic in Kasba Peth can be a headache in the evenings, so we try to finish up before it gets too jammed. It’s just us here, making sure the work gets out on time. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late or a machine needs a quick fix, but that is just how it goes here. We don't spend much time on decorations. The shelves are full of parts and tools we actually use. It’s a practical space for people who don’t mind getting their hands a bit dirty. The water cooler in the corner makes a funny sound, but the water is cold. It's just a regular place.
