Design One Architech

Our office is located at Office No 2 on the 2nd floor of Nirankar Apartment. We are right on F C Road in Shivaji Nagar, which is one of the most crowded and lively spots in all of Pune. If you look out from our floor, you can see the Police Ground right across the street. It’s a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We are a small group doing architectural work. The office is usually filled with the sound of the traffic outside and the hum of our computers. We have lots of rolls of plans and blueprints tucked into corners. We don't spend money on expensive decor for ourselves because we are usually too busy working on projects for other people. Most of our time is spent measuring things, drawing up sections, and talking to people about their building needs. It’s a lot of technical work that requires a bit of patience. We’ve been here for a while and we know the FC Road area quite well. Sometimes the building lift is a bit temperamental, so we just end up taking the stairs like everyone else. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't have any big sales pitches or fancy brochures. We just sit down with a pencil and some paper and try to figure out the best way to use a space. It is honest work and we like being here.
