Our office is located in Flat Number 10 at Goyal Enclave, which is part of a housing society in Vishrantwadi, Pune. Being in a residential society makes it feel a bit different from a typical business district. It is a lot quieter here, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions from the street. The society has some rules about visitors and parking, but we have figured it all out over time. Our space inside the flat is simple. We have a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. It feels a bit like working from home, which suits us just fine. We handle the business of Denholm Zholdas Llp from here. It is mostly technical and administrative stuff that keeps us busy. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and handling emails. The kitchen in the flat is where we make our tea and chat during our lunch breaks. Pune is a good city for this kind of work. The weather is usually okay, though it gets quite rainy during the monsoon months. We have a few plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive, with mixed results. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team in a housing society flat. We like the peace and quiet of Vishrantwadi. It lets us focus on what we need to do each day without the chaos of the city center. We just come in and do our bits.
