Dematics Technology

We are located out on Kalyan Varachha Road, specifically in H-13 of the Udyog Vihar Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, and the road can be quite bumpy when the rain hits. At Dematics Technology, we spend our days dealing with various tech components and industrial setups. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies with glass walls and bean bags. We have metal desks, some heavy-duty computers, and a lot of cables running across the floor. The air is usually filled with the sound of the cooling fans from the hardware. We don't do much in the way of talking ourselves up. Most people find us because they need something technical fixed or built. We have a small shed area for the heavier equipment. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we manage to get the work done regardless. The team here is mostly guys who grew up around here and stayed to work in the industrial zone. We eat our lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. You just walk in and find someone at a desk. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to stay on top of the schedule.
