We operate out of Flat No. B/11 in the Nalini-Anant Housing Society, which is located in Garmal Dhayri. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Pune city center, but we like it here. The atmosphere is more relaxed than the bigger industrial hubs. At Delta Embedded Solutions Pvt Ltd, our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We get in, clear off the workbenches, and start working on whatever board or software issue is on the list. The space is a bit small, being a flat, so we have to be careful not to trip over the power strips. There’s always a faint smell of solder in the air. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate don't ask for our IDs anymore. It’s not the kind of place where we wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we're just in t-shirts, trying to solve some logic error. Our neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down, though the clicking of keyboards is probably all they hear. We handle a variety of technical tasks for different clients who found us through friends or old colleagues. It's a modest setup but it serves us well. We just focus on getting the hardware to do what it's supposed to do and keeping our clients updated on the progress without too much drama.
