You can find us at Magarpatta City in Hadapsar. We are in the Grevellia building, at flat J 504. It’s a pretty well-known area in Pune because of all the residential and commercial mix. Being in a place like Magarpatta makes things a bit easier because everything is close by. The office itself is more like a workspace set up in a large apartment style. It’s got a kitchen area and a few main rooms where we set up the desks. It feels less like an office and more like a place where people actually work together. We have a few plants on the balcony that someone forgets to water sometimes. The view outside is mostly other buildings and some green patches here and there. We spend most of our time staring at screens and talking to people. It’s quiet most of the time, except when the lunch hour starts. Then everyone is looking for their food or heading out for a walk. We don't have a big reception desk with a person waiting for you. Usually, you just knock and someone lets you in. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine is pretty set. We don't do big meetings with long presentations. We just sit around and discuss what needs to be finished. It's a practical way to run things. The floor is just simple tiles and easy to clean. We keep it basic because that’s what works for us in Pune. It is what it is.
