Deepak Industries

Deepak Industries is located in Pimpri at A/12. We operate out of a standard industrial unit where we spend our time manufacturing various parts. It’s the kind of place where the clock is always ticking and there’s always a machine needing maintenance. The layout of the floor is a bit cramped because we’ve added more equipment over the years. We aren't a massive corporation; we’re just a local outfit trying to keep up with our production schedules. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time, so we know each other's habits well. Some mornings the power goes out and we just have to sit around drinking tea until it comes back on, which is just part of working in this area. We don't have a fancy showroom or a marketing team. Our focus is purely on the output and making sure the dimensions are correct on every piece we send out. The walls are a bit stained and the lighting could be better, but it serves our purposes just fine. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and repetitive tasks, but it keeps us busy. It’s a straightforward operation where we value showing up on time and doing the job as it was described to us. We’re just a small part of the big industrial machine here in Pimpri, grinding it out every day.
