Dawnay Day Av has an office here in Pune, right in Sacred Heart Town in Wanowrie. It is a decent neighborhood to work in. Our place is D 19 and it’s not hard to find if you know the area. The office inside is a bit cramped because we have so many files and books everywhere. We don't really care about having a minimalist look. We just need our stuff where we can find it. Most of the day is spent handling phone calls and writing emails. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us here. We share a small kitchen area where we make tea in the afternoon. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the neighbors walking their dogs or kids coming home from school. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the work finished. If someone comes by, we usually have time for a quick chat, but mostly we stay buried in our tasks. Wanowrie is a good spot because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city, but still has everything we need nearby. There is a small bakery down the road where we sometimes get snacks for the afternoon break. It’s just a plain office where we do our business every day without any fuss.
