Our school is tucked away in the Dunhall Meh Jab Bungalow on the Main Road here in Panchgani. If you know the area, you know it gets quite misty and cool up here, especially during the winter months. Being in a bungalow gives it a bit of a different feel than a big concrete block building. We have rooms set up for different classes across the 417 property. It’s a bit of a climb sometimes when you're walking up from the lower part of town, but that’s just how Panchgani is. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Most of the local folks walk past us on their way to the market or the bus stand. The atmosphere is generally quiet, except when the bell rings and everyone heads outside for a break. We don't have a giant campus, but we make do with the space we've got in the bungalow. The wooden floors sometimes creak and the windows look out over the hills. It’s a practical place to spend the day. We don't spend much on big signs or anything. Just a small board out front. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just noticing the kids in their uniforms out on the Main Road. It’s just us doing what we do, day in and day out, in this old building. It feels like home to most of us who work here.
