David Rpo

David Rpo is based out of Talegaon Dabhade, which is a bit of a drive from Pune. We are in the Kumudbein Society, specifically at 88B, Lakeview Colony. The area is much quieter than the city. You can actually hear the birds sometimes, and it doesn't have that constant drone of traffic. Our office is more like a house that’s been converted for work. It has a very domestic feel to it. There’s a small garden area outside where some of us sit during breaks. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and chairs that don't all match. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It’s a very informal setup. We handle a lot of recruitment and back-office tasks, so the phones are always busy. We don't wear formal clothes unless there is a specific reason to. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We have a small stove in the back to make tea and heat up our tiffins. It’s a nice way to work, away from the smog and the rush. We just focus on finding the right people for the jobs we have and keeping the records straight. It’s a simple, local business through and through, and we like the peace and quiet we get out here near the lake.
