You can find us over at Pargaon, right at Namdeo Rajaram Takwane’s place. We are on Survey Number 13 in the Daund taluka of Pune. It’s a busy part of the region and we are right in the middle of it. Daundtaluka Farmers Producer Company was started by a group of us who wanted to make sure we weren't getting the short end of the stick. We deal with everything from the soil to the final sale. Our office is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk. We don’t have any fancy decorations. The address Pune-412214 is where we spend most of our time. We talk to the local guys about their problems and try to find a way to fix them. Sometimes it works and sometimes it takes a bit more effort. We don't have a mission statement written on the wall. We just know what needs to be done every morning when we wake up. The soil around here is good if you treat it right. We spend a lot of time sharing what we know with each other. It’s a community thing more than a business thing. We aren't looking to become some massive company with a skyscraper. We just want to do right by the people in Pargaon and the rest of the taluka.
