You can find us at Flat 25 on the Pune-Satara Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road, always full of trucks, buses, and cars heading in and out of the city. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Darzee Trend and Apparels is our little project. We handle all sorts of clothing, mostly focusing on the tailoring side because that’s where our roots are. It’s a small flat in a residential building, not a big noisy factory. We actually prefer it that way because we can keep a close eye on every single piece we make. We have a few machines and a lot of colorful thread rolls lying around everywhere. Sometimes the place looks like a total mess of fabric scraps, but we have a system that works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest apparel company in Pune. We just want to make clothes that actually fit people right. Dealing with customers can be tricky when they have very specific ideas, but we try our best to get it done. The noise from the main road is always there in the background, like a constant hum, but you get used to it after a week. We just sit here, do the cutting and the stitching, and hope the power doesn’t go out when we have a big deadline. It’s a simple life, honestly. No fancy meetings, just honest work with our hands and some old sewing machines that have seen many years.
