Darpan Beauty Parlor

Darpan Beauty Parlor is found at 914 Bajirao Road in the Sadashiv Peth area. This is a very well-known part of Pune, and Bajirao Road is always packed with people and shops. We’ve been operating out of this location for a good length of time. The parlor is a simple setup meant for everyday beauty needs. We don't have any of those modern spa features or expensive equipment. It’s just a place where women come to get their eyebrows done or a quick haircut. We have a few chairs and a small area for facials. The space is a bit narrow, as many shops in Sadashiv Peth are, but we make the most of it. Usually, it's just one or two of us working here. We don't use any fancy booking systems; if the door is open, you can just come in. Sometimes we are busy and you might have to sit on the bench for a bit. We talk to our customers about their families and what's happening in the neighborhood. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We just focus on doing a decent job so people come back next month. There are no corporate rules here, just a local shop trying to stay busy on a crowded street. We like the regular pace of work we have here.
