Dalve Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based out of House Number 422 in Dawarwadi. It's not a fancy office or anything, just where we meet to talk about our crops and how to handle the season. Dalve Farmer Producer Company Limited started because a few of us nearby realized we could get more done if we didn't just work our own small patches of land in total isolation. Dawarwadi is a quiet place where most everyone knows what their neighbor is planting. We deal with the usual stuff like seeds, figuring out where to sell what we grow, and helping each other out when the weather doesn't cooperate. It gets hot here and the water isn't always plenty, so having a group helps take some of the pressure off. We aren't trying to be some big corporation. We are just local farmers who decided that being a company made sense for paperwork and getting things moved to the market. Sometimes the meetings go long and we get sidetracked talking about family or the local news, but that is just how it is here. If you come by House 422, you might see us sitting around looking at ledgers or just talking about the harvest. It’s practical work. We try to keep things simple and honest. There’s no big marketing team here, just us trying to make a living from the ground and making sure the folks in the village get a fair shake.
