We operate out of Plot No. 219 in Sector 7 of the PCNTDA area in Bhosari. This is Dalmia Electrodyn Technologies. Our building is a standard industrial setup for this part of town, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We’ve got some specialized equipment inside for the technology side of what we do. It’s a mix of an office and a light assembly area where we put things together. Bhosari is a busy place for companies like ours, so we fit right in with the rest of the manufacturers. We spend our days mostly looking at technical specs and putting components together. The team is pretty small, and we’ve all been working together for a while now, so we know how each other works. The space is filled with electronic components, wires, and testing tools. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is kept. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that, so we just focus on the projects at hand. Sometimes it gets quite busy when we have several different orders at once and the benches get full. We usually have lunch together at a small table we shoved into the corner. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't worry much about the paint on the walls or having the newest furniture. As long as the equipment works and we can do our jobs, we’re happy here.
