D T L Ancillaries

Down in Chakan, we have D T L Ancillaries set up to handle the local manufacturing needs. Being in an industrial hub like Chakan means there is always a lot of movement, with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We are one of those places where you hear the steady hum of machines all day long. Our work is mostly focused on making parts that go into bigger machines or vehicles. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s essential. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor checking the quality of what comes off the line. If a measurement is off by even a little bit, it causes problems later, so we have to stay sharp. The floor is usually a bit oily, and everyone wears their work gear to stay safe. We’ve got a mix of older workers who know every trick and some younger ones just starting out. Our office is just a small corner with a couple of desks where we keep the paperwork. Most of the action happens out where the metal is being worked on. We don’t really do much advertising; most of our work comes from being right here in the middle of the Chakan belt where the big companies are. We just focus on getting the daily production numbers met and making sure the machines are maintained so they don't stop unexpectedly. It’s just us, doing our part in the factory chain every single day, year after year.
