We are based out of Pune, specifically on Alandi Road in the Kalas Malwadi area. Our office is at S No 4 Rajgad. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been working on building things around here for quite some time. We aren't those giant developers you see on billboards. We are more of a local crew. We spend a lot of time on-site, checking on how the bricks are being laid or talking to the suppliers. The office is often a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We started small, just taking on little projects and slowly grew a bit more. My uncle actually got me into this business years ago. We have a small team that has stayed with us for a long time. We know the local regulations and the people in the neighborhood. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal during the summer months. But we like seeing a building go up from nothing. We deal with the planning, the materials, and the laborers every day. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We just try to finish what we start. Most of our days are spent between the site and the office desk. Sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep pushing through until it's finished properly.
