D' Rona Rohitra Pvt. Ltd. is located at C-1, F.E.I. Estate, in the M.I.D.C. area of Bhosari. If you know Pune, you know Bhosari is the heart of the industrial side of things. It is always loud here with the sounds of heavy industry, and the air smells like metal and oil. Our unit is just one of many in the estate, but we have our own way of doing things. We’ve been in this spot for years. The office is just a couple of desks pushed together with a lot of folders stacked up high. We don't have any of those modern open-plan spaces you see in the city. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days feel long, especially when we have a big deadline. We know the security guards at the gate and the tea stall guy around the corner very well. Most of our staff have been coming to this same building every morning for a decade. We don't really bother with big speeches or long emails. If something is wrong, we just walk over and talk about it face to face. It’s a very hands-on type of business. The M.I.D.C. power cuts can be annoying sometimes, but we just work around them. It is just a normal group of people here trying to do a good job with the equipment we have and keeping the production line moving.
