It’s just a regular office space where we try to help people find their way. The desks are usually covered in folders and notes. We take things one day at a time. Some days the office is very quiet and other days there are people waiting by the door. We don't use any of those big words you hear from other consultants. We just talk like normal people and try to understand what’s needed. Being in management and placement means we see a lot of different faces. Every person has a different story. We listen and we do what we can from our spot in Shivaji Nagar. It’s not always easy but it’s the work we’ve chosen. We’ve been here at this address for a while and we’re quite settled into the rhythm of the area. We have our tea breaks and we talk about the news.
