Cygnus Hr Solutions is located at 402 Srihans Elite on Lane No 6. We are right opposite the Gram Panchayat School in Vidyanagar, Pune 411032. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the lane. We handle HR stuff, mostly helping with staffing and people issues for different companies. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s necessary. The office is in a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like those big cold office blocks you see in the city center. We like that it's near a school because there’s always a bit of life and noise outside, which keeps things from getting too quiet. We spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people about their jobs. It’s a lot of listening and trying to match the right person to the right spot. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals pasted on the walls. We just come in, check our messages, and try to help folks find work or help businesses find staff. It’s practical, everyday work. Pune is a busy place for HR because so many companies are setting up here. We just stay focused on our little corner in Vidyanagar and do what needs to be done. It’s just us, some phones, and a lot of conversations about work. We keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who calls or visits us.
