Cydsew

We’re based out of Venus Garden in the Thite Wasti area of Kharadi. Our spot is Flat No: E2. It’s a pretty growing part of Pune, so there’s always construction noise somewhere in the distance. The building itself is okay, and we’ve made the flat comfortable enough for working throughout the day. We have our desks set up in the main room and use the smaller rooms for storage or private calls. It’s not a huge space, but for what we do at Cydsew, it works out well. We don't really have a big team, just a handful of us who know each other well. There’s a lot of back and forth between the desks when we’re trying to solve a problem. Usually, the mornings are the most productive before it gets too hot in the afternoon. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. People just wear what’s comfortable and get to it. Sometimes we walk down to the main road to get some snacks or just to stretch our legs. Kharadi is changing fast, but our little corner in Venus Garden stays pretty much the same. We like the local vibe here. It’s practical and doesn’t feel like those big IT parks where everything is made of glass and steel. We prefer this. Just a plain office in a residential building where we can focus on our tasks without too many distractions or corporate rules getting in the way. It works for us and keeps things simple.
