Cs Ulkesh Shah Practicing Company Secretary

Ulkesh Shah runs this company secretary practice from a flat in Pune. We are located in the Vishnu Vihar Society, specifically in Building No A 10, Flat No 20 on the 4th floor. It’s right near Kumar Park in the Bibwewadi Kondhwa Road area. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. This isn't a corporate skyscraper; it's a residential society where we’ve set up our workspace. It feels more personal that way. We spend our days dealing with company laws, filing forms, and making sure everything is done according to the book. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The neighborhood is fairly active, and the Kondhwa Road can get pretty loud during rush hour. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. There’s no dress code or formal meetings, just the work that needs to get done. We try to keep things simple for our clients because the law can be complicated enough on its own. Sometimes we have to stay late to meet a deadline, but that’s just part of being a practicing company secretary. We aren't looking to become a giant firm. We just like doing our work here in Kenjale Nagar and helping businesses stay on the right side of the regulations. It's just how we do things here.
