Crv Executive Search is based over in Pune. You can find us at 502 on the 5th floor of the Radha building. We are located in Sri Krishna Nagar, which is in the Bawdhan area. The pin code is 411021. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people. We do executive search, which means we spend a lot of time trying to find the right person for a specific job. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We aren't a massive agency with offices all over the world. We are just a team working out of Bawdhan. Radha is a good building, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like our own. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We try to keep things low-key. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s pretty simple when you break it down like that. Some days are long, and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We like being in Pune and we like the people we meet along the way.
