Our office, Crv Executive Search Pvt Ltd, is located at Flat No 11 in Siddharth Enclave. We are right on Road No 15 in Kalyaninagar, which is a pretty well-known part of Pune. It’s a mix of homes and offices around here, so you get a bit of everything. We focus on finding executives for various companies, so our daily routine involves a lot of talking and sorting through piles of information. The flat we work out of is comfortable enough for the team. We aren't into those massive glass buildings you see in the IT parks; we prefer this kind of setup where things feel a bit more grounded. Kalyaninagar has changed a lot over the years, but our street stays busy with people heading to work or grabbing lunch. We usually have a lot of lists to go through and people to call back. It gets a bit hectic when we have a deadline for a specific role, but that is just how the search business goes. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work from Siddharth Enclave. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking up our address on Road No 15. We just try to be thorough and get the job done without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we run things in this part of Pune.
