Cropking Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our setup is at House Number 413 in Gharola. It’s under the name of Umakant Trambak Tore. We are a group of farmers who decided to pool our resources. Most of what we do is around the village of Gharola. It’s not a big fancy office, just a house where we meet and keep our files. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it's grain or other local produce. The work is mostly manual and involves a lot of lifting and moving things around. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the rain. Other days we are working from sunrise to sunset trying to get everything loaded onto trucks. It is a bit disorganized sometimes, but we always get the job done eventually. We started Cropking Farmer Producer Company Limited to help our local community get a better grip on things. We are just regular people who know a lot about farming and not much about corporate life. We try to keep things simple and honest. If you come by Gharola, you'll probably see us working out in the sun or sorting through bags in the shade. That's just how we do things here and we don't expect it to change much soon. We just keep at it.
