Our workplace is over in the Bhosari MIDC area of Pune, specifically in Phase 3. We have shops 9 through 12 in the building at 71 1A 3, so we have a fair amount of room to move around. Being in an industrial zone like Bhosari means the environment is quite practical and no-nonsense. At Crius Fashion & Lifestyle, we focus on making various lifestyle items and clothes. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and manufacturing going on nearby, so it can get quite loud during the day. We don't have a fancy showroom or a reception desk. Our space is filled with machines and worktables where the actual making happens. Most of our staff are locals who have been working in the Pune industrial belt for years. We prefer being here in the middle of the action rather than in a shiny office building in the city center. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic around MIDC, but that’s just part of the job. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated business plans. We just check the orders every morning and get to work on the materials we have. It's a solid, honest way to spend the day. There is always someone coming in or out with a delivery, but we manage to stay organized and finish our work.
