Critical Care Systems

Our place is called Critical Care Systems and you can find us in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. We are right near Jay Ambe Vidyalaya on Vip Road. It’s a busy spot because of the school and all the traffic going by, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We work with critical care equipment, which means things that hospitals and doctors need when things are serious. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we know how to handle it. We aren't a big corporation; we're more like a local team that knows the equipment inside and out. The office at number 323 is usually full of boxes or parts that need to be sent out. We don't have a fancy showroom. We just focus on making sure the machines are ready and that they work when they are supposed to. Sometimes we have to go out on calls late at night if something isn't working right at a clinic. That’s just part of the job. Most of us have lived in this part of town for years, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on Warje Malwadi. We just try to be helpful and stay honest about what we can do. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just want the equipment to work.
