Corporate Ventures Search

We are over at 7/8 Gurujan Society in Shastrinagar, which is in the Kothrud area of Pune. If you know the 411038 area, you’ll know it’s a mix of homes and small offices like ours. A couple of rooms here serve as the place where we do our searching and talking. It’s nothing too flashy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of phone lines. The atmosphere stays busy because there is always someone to call or a file to look through. Shastrinagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to, and there are good places nearby to grab a quick lunch. Since the society is older, the buildings have that solid, lived-in feel. Big signs or fancy lights aren't our thing. Most people who come to see us are looking for work or trying to fill a spot in their own company. We just sit down and have a chat about what’s needed. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with printouts and folders, but that’s just how we work. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing the printer. It’s a simple, honest way to run a search firm without all the extra corporate layers you find elsewhere. We just keep at it every day and see what happens.
