Corporate Ventures Search

We are over here on Raj Bhavan Road in Aundh. Our place is Shop No 17 and 18. It’s a small office, nothing too crazy. We spend most of our time looking for people for different roles. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes. Being in a shop space means we see a lot of the local traffic. Aundh is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Corporate Ventures Search is just the name on the door. Inside, it's just a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street traffic, but you get used to it. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a walk-in kind of feel. We do our best to find what companies are looking for. It's steady work. We know the neighborhood well. Usually, we're here from morning until the evening. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. Just the office here in the shop. People stop by sometimes just to ask what we do. It’s a simple setup. We like it that way. No need for anything extra. Just the basics to get the job done. If you're in the area, you've probably seen our sign. That’s us. We aren't fancy, but we know how to find the people our clients are asking for. It’s been a long journey for us in this shop.
