We've been at this spot in Gangadham for a while now. If you know Pune, you know how busy it gets around Marketyard. It's Phase I, and honestly, finding a parking spot sometimes takes longer than the actual work we do inside the office. It's just a regular place where we get through our lists and paperwork every day. The building is E1/103, and it's got that lived-in feel. We don't have fancy glass walls or a coffee machine that does everything. Usually, we just get tea from the stall nearby when we need a break. The mornings are usually the loudest because of the market trucks nearby, but you get used to the noise after a week or two. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to handle things when everyone knows everyone else’s name. Sometimes the electricity acts up in the afternoon, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look like a magazine cover. It’s mostly just desks, a few old chairs that probably need replacing, and a lot of files. We focus on getting the day's tasks done so we can get home through the Pune traffic before it gets too dark. It's nothing special to look at, but it's where we spend most of our time and it works for Corporate Links.
