Coronation Cakes And Bakers Llp is based in Vadgaon Budruk. We are located at S.No. 64/1A/2/1, which is pretty close to Trimurti Hospital. If you know that hospital, you know roughly where we are in the 411041 part of Pune. The bakery smells like yeast and vanilla most of the time, which is nice, but after eight hours, you kind of stop noticing it. We have a few big ovens that take up most of the space in the back. There is always a layer of flour on the worktables no matter how many times we wipe them down. It’s a busy little spot. We start our shifts when most people are still sleeping because the bread and cakes need time to rise and bake before the morning rush. The traffic near the hospital can get pretty bad, so we try to get our deliveries out early to avoid getting stuck. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy office. It’s just the kitchen, some cooling racks, and a desk in the corner where we keep the notebooks for orders. We often run out of pens because someone always leaves them near the oven and they melt or get lost. It is a simple life of baking and cleaning and then doing it all over again the next day. We like the rhythm of it even when it’s tiring. It is a lot of work but someone has to do it.
