We’re situated in Kolhapur, specifically at Gandhinagar. You can find Convergys at Flat No 8 on the third floor of a building on Vali Wade Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find once you’re on that road and look for the floor numbers. We’ve got a small setup here. It’s not a massive call center like people might imagine when they hear the name; it’s just our local branch where we handle the work that comes our way. The building is regular and the office inside is pretty basic, just what we need to stay productive and focused. We spend most of our time dealing with data or talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes the traffic outside on Vali Wade Road can be a bit noisy, but we’re used to it by now and it doesn't bother us. We aren't here to give anyone a fancy sales pitch. We just provide the services people ask for and try to keep our errors to a minimum. It’s a job like any other. We have our good days and our busy days where we barely have time for a lunch break. We like being in Kolhapur; it’s a good town with a steady pace that we appreciate. We just want to keep things running smoothly and be a reliable place for the people we work with. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well.
