We are based at 58 1 on Boat Club Road, right within the Ordnance Estate in Khadki, Pune. Even though our name mentions Shivajinagar, this spot in Khadki is where we actually do all the work. It is a fairly quiet part of town, which is good because we spend a lot of time reading through technical plans and talking on the phone. The building is older and does not have any of that modern polish, but it works fine for what we need. We are a small group and we do not really bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or who live nearby in the 411003 zip code. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons usually involve some sort of meeting or site visit. It is not the kind of job that has a lot of excitement, but it is steady and keeps us busy. We like the area because we can step out for a quick tea nearby when we need a break from the screens. We do not try to act like a big international company. We are just local consultants who know how to get through the paperwork and the technical hurdles that our clients are facing. It is just about showing up and doing the job right.
